Sally blends a rich background in Management Consulting with a successful career as a Therapeutic Clinician. She has a passion for neuroscience and the practical applications for this to improve well-being.

Sally has provided advisory, consultancy and training services to both private and public sector organisations in the areas of Organisational Change, Learning & Development, Training and Knowledge Management.
She has co-authored papers and book chapters in the areas of intellectual and social capital and her work with Organisational Network Analysis was featured in NZ Management magazine.

Sally was awarded a Top Doctoral Scholarship for her thesis which explored Knowledge Sharing in Inter-Organisational Projects in the NZ Public Sector.

James has an extensive background in Training, Teaching, and Social Work. He is a fully trained Counselling Clinician and has worked in a range of settings including schools, residential establishments and secure units for young offenders.
He has also provided Clinical Supervision, Coaching and Mentoring to fellow professionals for over 10 years.
